ECO-ALDEA
An eco-aldea that allows hostage with high level of services, upto 120 visitors in its 60 cottages for 2 peoples. It has a meeting room for events of 400 mt2 and a dock. A vision that combines quality, care for details and respect for the natural park that holds the place. It has been reflected in the architectonic project made in December 2016 approved by an official resolution of National Parks Administration from Argentina.
BIO CONSTRUCTION
A biodynamic and sustainable design focused in the use of natural material for comfort, health, thermic efficiency and respect for the environment. With recycling systems for solid and liquid residues and energy generation from the sun, wind, gradients and biomass. With an area of fruit threes, vegetable patch and organic farms that provides the basic food all year.
THE VILLAGE
At 37 km at North San Martín de los Andes City borns at the coast of Lácar Lake. It has 35.000 inhabitants, and has a navegable way to Chile, an international airport and a great gastronomic and commercial ofert. Traveling for two hours to South through the beautiful panoramics from Seven Lakes Route, you can arrive to Villa La Angostura and San Carlos de Bariloche, that has inside Nacional Nahuel Huapi Park.
