Tres Quebradas Salt
The area is a transition zone, composed by folded and fractured sediments. It is an altiplano plowed through by meridian cordons. Between them there are areas relatively plane that used to contain salt lakes or endorreics laggons (for example, the system built by the Salinas lagoon ). A total of 7.400 Has in Salar de Tres Quebradas, recently discovered, with a great potential.
